Where We Ship

At this time, we offer shipping within Canada and the United States only.

Shipping Schedule

Our Apothecary Crates are shipped every two months, on the first day of the season’s first month (e.g., March 1, May 1, etc.).
If you subscribe mid-season, your first Crate will ship within two weeks of your order. You’ll then be added to our regular shipping schedule.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the small-batch and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Product Sensitivities & Allergies

All ingredients are listed clearly on product pages and included in a printed card inside each Crate. If you have concerns about an ingredient, please reply to your Crate Reveal email (sent two weeks before shipping) and we’ll do our best to offer a suitable replacement.

If you experience an allergic reaction after receiving your Crate, we offer a 25% refund for your inconvenience. For individual product purchases where you are not satisfied with the ingredients, a full refund will be issued for the first occurrence and we will remind you to kindly review the ingredients on our webpage prior to ordering.
