When will my crate ship?

Products ship 10-14 business days after you place your order. Thank you for your patience.

What if something in the Crate is not right for me?

We understand that every body is different. All product ingredients are listed on our website and will also be shared in our Crate Reveal email—sent two weeks before shipping to subscribed clients.

If you notice something that doesn’t work for you, simply reply to that email. We’ll happily replace the item with something more suitable and send you a full ingredient list of the alternative. If the replacement still doesn’t suit your needs, we can pause your Crate for the month and extend your subscription by one additional month.

Please note that all Crate items are individually packaged and make thoughtful gifts if you choose to share.

What if I realize I’m allergic to something after I receive the Crate?

We do our best to use natural, ethically sourced ingredients and to be transparent about what’s inside each product.

If you discover an allergy after receiving your Crate, we’ll offer a 25% refund for the inconvenience. If it was an individual product purchase, you’ll receive a full refund for the item.

Each Crate also includes an information card detailing all ingredients for easy reference.
